No-Fix-No-Fee Policy Our No-Fix-No-Fee policy means that
in the unlikely event that one of our qualified technicians
is unable to fix your problem for what ever reason
(technical or not) you the customer will not have to pay.

Exclusions If one of our technicians is able to resolve the problem or effect the repair, but is only stopped from doing so by customer intervention, then the customer will be charged for the time spent to that point (hourly bases unless it is a fixed
price service). In the event that one of our technicians is able to solve your problem but is prevented due to the need for the original software disks, including product keys and the customer no longer has them, the customer will be charged. However we will do our utmost to try and aid the customer in getting replacement or
offering alternative solutions to their problem. If one of our technicians diagnoses the problem to be component related and the customer wishes not to proceed the customer will be charged

The No Fix No Fee policy does not apply to work related to computer virus.

Technician call out (Business Services) The first hour is charged
at £34.99 and reduces on a reducing scale: 2nd hour is charged
at £29.99, the 3rd hour is charged at £24.99 and then any additional
hours are charged at £19.99. This is not applicable to business contracts
as there is fixed pricing set out.

Out of hours Business Service The out of hours service is charged
at a premium which is double time although this can be negotiated
prior to signing contracts.

Business Contract Within your business contract you are
allocated technician time on site. These hours do not roll over
from month to month.
