Collect and return- In most occasion we can diagnose the fault over the phone, In these instance we can collect your computer from home or work, carry out the repair work and return to you including re setup back on site in under 24hrs.

Home call out - there is no call out charge and if we cant fix it you don't pay. 90 % of the time we can fix it on site in some cases it will need to be taken back to our repair suite for further diagnosis and repair. We always aim to return your computer within 24hrs. |

Computer service - Our service includes: data backup of your files, music, pics etc. Format and reinstall, of operating system, update to all latest patches and service packs, internally clean, a choice of free or paid virus protection and reinstallation back on site making sure your printers and scanners are working and that you are able to connect to the internet. |
